Signoff from the client on finalization of the design.

Finalization of material selection.
Final estimation & signoff from the client
Execution of the work with frequent site visits, coordination with varied vendors for procurement of material, ensuring timely execution, etc.
Site meeting with client on an ongoing basis based on the progress of the site.
Final handover based on the satisfaction of the client.
